Returns & Exchanges Policy
All of our products are custom-made, handcrafted, or personalized to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or repair, as applicable.
We take great care to ensure every product is made accurately and shipped safely. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand that custom products are non-returnable unless damaged.
